Philadelphia Hospitality invites you to plan a delightful multi-day visit for your group of “world travelers” interested in the distinctive arts of many cultures.

Timeless finds from world cultures are offered by distinguished dealers from the U.S. and abroad… fabulous and fascinating decorative objects, textiles and wearable art from the traditions of Asia, Africa, Oceania and the Americas!

Treasures is an exciting exposition of beautiful and unusual art works, jewelry, clothing, carpets, furniture, sculptures, silver, ceramics, woven goods and more – for show and sale in the magnificent setting of the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology and Anthropology’s famous Asian and Egyptian galleries.

Treasures offers antique and unique “discoveries” to enjoy for generations!

In addition to your private, guided tour of the Treasures Show & Sale prior to the show’s public hours, your group’s personalized multi-day program could include:

  • Attendance at the Treasures Gala Opening Preview (programs including October 23)
  • Private luncheon or dinner in the Museum’s Lower Egyptian Gallery, among the columns of the ancient Temple of Merenptah, guarded by a monumental Sphinx
  • A private tour of the Penn Museum with visits to selected behind-the-scenes collections
  • Breakfast-with-the curator and introduction to the Penn Museum’s new exhibition “Surviving: The Body of Evidence”
  • Curator led tours of the Penn Library and Art Collections, Architectural Archives and or the Institute of Contemporary Art
  • Visit to the exhibition “Tiger by the Tail! Women Artists of India Transforming Culture” at the University’s Arthur Ross Gallery
  • An evening at the famed Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts
  • And the signature piece of all Philadelphia Hospitality programs, lunch or afternoon tea in a private home or club
