Philadelphia Hospitality Associates' Events

Come to two parties! Join at the Associates' level and enjoy a delightful Patrons' reception at a Philadelphia institution, as well as a small Associates' gathering in an exquisite private home or private access venue. As an Associate you will experience a taste of the very special programs we create for our most distinguished visitors.

On June 19th, Ruth and Rick Snyderman opened their renowned Snyderman-Works Galleries and their spectacular loft to our generous Friends for a special evening that included a touching farewell to Molly Espey, who stepped down after superbly leading Philadelphia Hospitality for the past fourteen years.

The evening began in the magnificent gallery space located in the heart of the vibrant Old City gallery district where the Snydermans introduced our guests to the unique painting, jewelry and ceramic works on display. Guests were then invited upstairs to enjoy the remainder of the evening in the exquisite Snyderman home, to which Ruth and Rick have graciously welcomed several of our visiting groups.

In a very poignant moment of the evening, Molly was honored with citations from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, presented by our Governor, Ed Rendell, and the city of Philadelphia for her great leadership and her contributions to the community during her tenure at Philadelphia Hospitality. She was then presented with a very special gift from our board of directors - a gold key to the city.

Guests enjoyed an assortment of wines specially selected and poured by our generous supporter and good friend Greg Moore from Moore Brothers Wine Company and a savory sampling from Fork, Philadelphia's acclaimed bistro also located in Old City. The entire evening was filled with high spirits, celebrating Molly's memorable achievements and her adventures ahead.
