Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellations

Full refund will be given for cancellations prior to October 15; no refunds will be given thereafter.

Access America Travel Insurance Protection ProductsAs we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you consider taking Access America trip cancellation/interruption insurance. To obtain insurance application or if you have any questions concerning Access America, please contact Access America directly at 800-284-8300. You may also purchase a policy on-line.

*"Please note that if you have a pre-existing condition, Access America policy states that you must purchase trip cancellation insurance within fourteen days of booking your trip.

What is NOT Included

Program cost includes 2 nights’ accommodations, meals and admissions as indicated in the itinerary. Transportation to and from Philadelphia NOT included.

Disability Information

By forwarding a payment, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard to him/herself or other passengers or that would require special assistance from a staff person.

Philadelphia Hospitality reserves the right to cancel the program should the number of participants fall below 20.
