Terms & Conditions

Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellations

Full refund will be given for cancellations prior to October 31, 2008. 50% refund for cancellations between November 1, 2008 and January 10, 2009. No refunds after January 10, 2009.


Insurance

Access America Travel Insurance Protection ProductsAs we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you consider taking Access America trip cancellation/interruption insurance. To obtain insurance application or if you have any questions concerning Access America, please contact Access America directly at 800-284-8300. You may also purchase a policy on-line.

*"Please note that if you have a pre-existing condition, Access America policy states that you must purchase trip cancellation insurance within fourteen days of booking your trip.

Program Inclusions

  • A 4-day/3-night stay at the prestigious Inn at the Union League
  • Welcome cocktail reception and dinner at the Union League of Philadelphia
  • Docent-led tour of the Flower Show before public hours
  • Full day’s excursion to the beautiful Brandywine Valley, including the Brandywine River Museum and Longwood Gardens
  • VIP tour of the Cezanne and Beyond exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
  • Lunch at historic City Tavern
  • Option: excursion to the barnes foundation
  • Option: performace of the Philadelpia Orchestra at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts

What is NOT Included

Program cost includes 3 nights’ accommodations, meals and admissions as indicated in the itinerary. Transportation to and from Philadelphia NOT included.

Disability Information

By forwarding a payment, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard to him/herself or other passengers or that would require special assistance from a staff person.

Philadelphia Hospitality reserves the right to cancel the program should the number of participants fall below 20.
