Cancellations
- Full refund will be given for cancellations prior to October 31;
- 50% refund for cancellations between November 1 and January 10, no refunds after January 10.

Insurance
As we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you consider taking Access America trip cancellation/interruption insurance. To obtain insurance application or if you have any questions concerning Access America, please contact Access America directly at (800) 654-1908. You may also purchase a policy on-line.
*Please note that if you have a pre-existing condition, you must purchase trip cancellation insurance within fourteen days of booking your trip.

- Hotel portage, taxes and gratuities
What is NOT Included
Transportation between your home city and Philadelphia and between the airport and hotel; parking fees; personal items such as additional
alcoholic beverages; room service and valet/laundry charges.
Disability Information
By forwarding a payment, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical or other conditions of disability that
would create a hazard to him/herself or other passengers or that would require special assistance from a staff person.
Philadelphia Hospitality reserves the right to cancel the program should the number of participants fall below 20.
