New Faces on Our Board

Philadelphia Hospitality is pleased to announce that Toni Garrison and Bart Pio have joined its hard-working Board of Directors.

Antoinette Garrison, whom everyone calls Toni, has served in a leadership capacity on a who’s who of the region’s non-profit organizations.  Toni is past President of the Volunteer Committee of The Philadelphia Orchestra and currently a member of its Executive Committee, as well as Chair of the 2009 Franklin Awards, yet she still finds time for golf, travel, and her six grandchildren whom she places first on her list of what she most enjoys.  We are delighted that this incredibly committed community leader, with a BA from Rosemont College and expertise in development and event planning, has joined our board.

Bartolomeo “Bart” Pio, a member of the famed Pio family, recognized in the wine business for many generations, certainly has the credentials that a nonprofit organization dedicated to hospitality welcomes.  With a BA in marketing from Pennsylvania State University, Bart brings 36 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry to our organization.  Currently Chairman of Capital Wine & Spirits and past President of the Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits Association, Bart’s expertise will be a huge boon to Philadelphia Hospitality.
